The following is my personal experience on using products to stay younger. I've tried most of them. First of all, it helps to understand what the difference is between healthy aging and diseases. It is believed that a small amount of vitamin C, which we eat, and a good diet can help fight the effects of senescence. This study shows that taking one capsule of vitamin C daily for two weeks in a small group of elderly patients was shown to reduce the levels of age related diseases and increase their energy levels.
