What is Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash Extensions are a way to improve the look of your eyelashes and to increase your lashes. Many people find that they have much longer and fuller eyelashes after using this type of product. Eyelashes are created from the growth of cells from the inner layer of the skin. When these cells are stimulated with something, they grow into hair or the eyelashes. Eyelash extensions can stimulate hair growth, but they don't provide the same effect. They usually don't create the volume or length of hair you need. Most extensions provide only the volume and length you would get by growing out the inner layer of skin. Eyelashes are usually more like a thin ribbon of hair than they are like a full strand of hair. The outer layer of skin is the most important layer.
There are a variety of types of extensions. The most common are "straight" extensions, which are extensions with a short, flat head (not too "straight" like the "V-shaped" type). They look much better than "V-shaped" extensions because they are easier to get on and off, but they don't work as well in natural hair. Another type is called "curly" extensions.
