What Is Stress? Stress is an intense sense of danger. There are many situations that cause you to feel stressed. The most important of these are dangerous situations. Your job or your school or your house, or other dangerous situations. You may feel stress, but what you are feeling is not the same thing as stress. The danger is actually that you feel something is very dangerous, but it isn't. The important thing about stress is that it is a feeling. You can't feel a feeling without having a reason to feel that way. That is the only difference. If you have a bad feeling about something, you have an underlying problem. You have a psychological problem. The best thing to do when you feel stress is to tell your friends or family to leave you alone. Stress can actually be a very positive experience. When I am stressed, I am happy. Stress is a very good medicine, but the real question is, what are you going to do with it?
It may sound crazy, but the point is, we need to have a conversation with ourselves about the role stress plays in our lives, our relationships, our health, and our success. If we don't, the impact of stress on us is going to continue.
