Many of the supplements listed are very good, and many are extremely effective. The best supplements I have found can make you live a long and healthy life! However, there are other supplements out there that may be of more benefit than others.
If you have ever had your body come back after an injury or surgery, or you have taken a supplement that made you feel a lot better, then it's possible that your body is now returning to it's normal level of function. If so, you may have used a natural or artificial supplement. There are several natural or artificial supplements that may have been helpful.
